4 more days!

Wow! Only 4 more days until delivery. WE can't beleive the time is already here. Seems like yesterday we found out we were pregnant.

Today's doctor appointment went well. The babies are doing well and had their Biophysical Profiles (BPP) done which checks their well-being. Things like heart rate, breathing movements, and general movements are checked. My blood pressure was higher than it normally is so they drew some blood to check it out further. I go back for my last appointment on Wednesday for another BPP, doctor visit and pre-op blood check.

So for the next couple days I'll be taking it easy to make sure the blood pressure stays low. I haven't been sleeping well so that could be a contributing factor.

Michael and I are spending Thanksgiving at home for a nice quiet day. My mom is bringing over to us on Wednesday a turkey pie, mashed potatoes, corn and apple pie for a simple dinner. No sense in having leftovers since we won't be here to enjoy them!
On Wednesday we'll get the Christmas tree at least up if not decorated too so we don't have to worry about it when we come home. The extent of decorating will be the tree, a couple of indoor wreaths and stockings hung over the fireplace. Less to set up and less to put away!

Oh yeah - Monday, Dec 1st is Michael's 41st (gulp) birthday so if you see him, be sure to wish him a very happy birthday. It's significant since he'll be a new daddy!
